A recent visit to @coaldropsyard and Granary Square at @kingscrossn1c reminded us of just how much has happened in that area over the years.
We recommend a visit to explore the area and a wander along the canal. You can see it in this photo where the trees are.
A must visit is the hidden gem Camley Street Natural Park @londonwildlifetrust across the canal from Coal Drops Yard. It is a lovely escape into nature in the city.
Finish your day with a coffee, drink or yummy bit of food at our favourite local restaurant @caravanrestaurants

Are you still searching for the perfect space for your festive get together?
Choosing a venue for your staff event can be full of decisions!
Whatever form of entertainment you choose (pst... quizzes are a great choice for fun team building) we have some venue booking tips on how to maximize enjoyment and engagement.

When booking a space for a quiz event ensure the venue:

• Has a private space for your group, ideally one open room so everyone can enjoy the engagement with the quiz host. (DO NOT choose a mezzanine area or just half the pub while the other half has general public)
• An in-house sound system is great but if this isn’t available check the venue allows outside sound equipment can be brought in if needed.
• Is booked for your event only and does not have another event running at the same time as yours. Ie. Their weekly quiz, meeting, choir, comedy night etc.
• Enough tables for each team (we suggest 4-6 per team) to sit comfortably.
• Space for your attendees and the quiz host to move around the tables.

We lingered over great conversation with their new pub manager while sipping a drink and delighting at the views across to @tate Modern @the_globe and @theshardlondon
Started at Bank station with @theroyalexchange (opened 1571!!!) then headed to the river walk to weave our way to the pub.
The pub's sweet river balcony is well worth the trip!
Great for seasoned Londoners and tourists!
